Beginning today, all members should be using the new insurance cards that were mailed out. If you have not received a new insurance card, please call 1-866-674-0491 and let them know.
This new card is for administrative changes in your prescription drug coverage only. This will not change any of the covered medicines or co-payments. Any pharmacy that you use will need to have the updated card on file. If the pharmacy tries to submit a claim using your old insurance card, it will most likely come back as denied.
